Teaching Teams!
A sizeable group of friends from the Harris cluster and Ft. Bend/Brazoria got together at the invitation of our Auxilliary Board Member to discuss how to start up teaching teams. We found that it was easy to get this started. Bassically, you need one or 2 friends who leave nearby to get together and find creative ways to teach, pray together, and support each other. It was also found that a person who has completed Ruhi Book 7 is valuable in that he can start a study circle with his/her seekers and his or her teamate can support it.
Ruhi Book I in NW!!!
Ruhi Book I, Reflections on the Life of the Spirit, has started in NW which includes a new believer and friends who have recently moved to the area. A couple of the Cluster Institute Coordiantors has the special bounty of visiting this enthusiastic bunch. They meet each Friday, have dinner, and then engage in spiritual discourse by acquiring the knowledge, spiritual insights, and practical skills to apply in their daily lives. There is a tremendous amount of enthusiasm from this group. We hope to get some more updates as they progress through the book and engage in acts of service.
